Meet Kristal

Kristal is an authentic, warm and compassionate psychotherapist with a background in psychological science, counselling and mental health practice. She has extensive experience working with individuals, families and couples and has been described as someone who feels genuine, non-judgemental and easy to connect with

Kristal is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel empowered to explore your emotions, process your experiences and build a strong foundation for growth. She values working collaboratively and compassionately, helping you build insight, develop coping skills and reconnect with your own strengths. Kristal tailors each session to your individual needs and pace, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches. She is an inclusive therapist who ensures sessions are trauma-informed and neuro-affirming

When she’s not in the therapy room, Kristal enjoys reading crime fiction, nature walks and spending time with her German Spitz, Kuma!

    She is available for in person and online sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science, Griffith University

  • Bachelor of Counselling, Griffith University

  • ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician
