Supervision
Supervision
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is a vital part of upholding professionalism and self care as a mental health professional. If you are registered with a governing board, supervision is more than likely a requirement of your registration. Supervision offered by Redefined Minds is recognised by both ACA and PACFA for counsellors and psychotherapists. Common reasons for supervision include:
Clinical case consultations
Support establishing and building a private practice
Working with specific presentations
Intervention and skill development
Career growth
Support with self-care and burnout prevention
Ethical dilemmas
Group Supervision
Group supervision is very similar to individual supervision, however does have the added benefit of group inclusion. Group supervision is a supportive, collaborative and uplifting environment where connection, compassion and collectiveness thrive. Group supervision is a great way to connect, network and develop professional relationships with other counsellors while learning from the dynamic group of experience
Currently, group supervision is offered monthly online via Zoom. All groups have 6 participants maximum to align with PACFA and ACA group supervision requirements
